The VORTEX presents two nights of staged readings of this dynamic play featuring people and puppets, set in the broken worlds of war-torn Kosovo, the Texas migration crisis, and the climate-ravaged future.

Written by Reina Hardy. Directed by Rudy Ramirez. Puppet design, including a large “garbarge,” by Caroline Reck.

Featuring Hayley Armstrong, Ben Bazán, Kareem Badr, Jelena Stojiljkovic Rhynes, Madison Palomo.

The VORTEX will produce a rolling world premiere of this play in August 2024.
