BASIC FEE CHART
Subject to change without notice. Negotiations available for front of week and late night performances.

There is sometimes an additional fee for having the café open and running, so we can pay the staff. And it should probably also mention that food and beverages can not be brought into the space, unless approved. However, no alcohol is permitted if not purchased from the café.

Event Hosting Rental Costs: Required

• $325-$500 per performance (includes MOD)
• Box Office per week: $100 plus 10% of sales
• Tech Director $10/hr
• Rehearsal space $10/hr
• Set Building in The Yard $10/hr
• Media Release list $25.00
• Mailing list on labels $50.00
• Security deposit $100.00 per week + 1st weeks rent

Optional Services

• Cafe operation and staffing
• Space rental non-events: auditions, classes, and meetings. $10/hr
• Props/Costumes/Additional Equipment Varies - $50.00 and up
• Web Site listing (Includes scanning of art)
• Copier $10.00 + .10/page
• Fax $1.00

  Due to licensing laws, alcohol must be purchased through the café. You may not bring your own alcohol onto the premises. Non-cafe food and beverages may be brought onto the site IF approved before hand.
